About Talking Dynamics

Talking Dynamics is a business and marketing blog with a community forum.

Talking Dynamics is an idea I’ve had for a long time now, I used to fly around Australia as a consultant to big businesses and apply the theory of constraints to their sales and marketing business processes. I would then develop business intelligence reporting tools for them to them measure and report on those processes.

I liked helping clients but I didn’t like working for someone else… To be honest I’m not a good employee!

So I’ve put this together, a blog about business, marketing and profiting online, I’m taking my skills and knowledge of the online world (I’ve been online since around ‘96, and before that I was on BBS) and mashing it up with my knowledge of the business and marketing world to try and help people produce higher profits with less work through intelligent marketing, smart reporting, optimization and re-development.

The topics I cover on Talking Dynamics will go far beyond that, but that’s the core that I’m trying to stick to. Things are still new so I’ll update this in a few months if we’re still around!

About Me

Okay so a little about me, you already know what I used to do.

My name’s Todd Fox, I’m close to 30, I’m Australian but I live in Asia, like I said before, I’m a sales process engineering consultant / business intelligence architect. I own a 2 man kart racing team (Me and my brother race karts), and I’m a snowboarder, I’d go pro doing either but I think there’s more money in consulting!

We race every other weekend and I try to go snowboarding for about 2 months a year.

My day consists of my waking up around lunch time, 12ish, and I work and do a few things until around 4-5am then I sleep. Yeah, I’m a little out of whack to everyone else but it works for me.
