I can identify with job freedom or security

I can defiantly identify with Shoe Money’s post about secure people and free people, I know so many people who think there’s nothing outside their 9-5 job for them, too scared to even change job, to me having a job is like being a slave to something, it can be demoralizing and personally there’s more money to be made out there then working for someone else but so many people can’t see it.

They’re too scared to try.

Steve Pavlina has a great post about this that I’m sure many people have read.

There is an exception though, there are lots of awesome jobs out there that are extremely rewarding, that you would love to do every day, I’m generalizing about what I say above, it’s the cubicle workers that hate their job that I’m talking about, too scared to go elsewhere, too scared to take the chance to lose their shitty job and too scared to quit and do something on their own.

Another reason why I identify about the post is that I quit my job about 6 months ago, packed up everything and moved from Australia to Thailand… I’m now out in the open, no job, no secure income, but I’m doing well and I’ve just started this blogging project that I’m hoping to get kicking off more soon ;)

I have other income sources from online ventures I’ve started over the last 6 months, but it all started from quitting my job.
